We love being on the water and all enjoy wakeboarding. We wanted to get out on the water whilst in Antigua and contacted Brett at One Love Academy at quite short notice. He was really prompt to get back to us and even had a reliable taxi lined up for us (Omar – thoroughly recommend!). Bret is very polite, relaxed and great company but always professional. He really created a chilled atmosphere – Irie!
He won’t brag about it but he is an incredibly accomplished wakeboarder and water skier, and still competes internationally. He is clearly very knowledgeable and a very talented coach. He seemed to know exactly how to improve each one of us – best lessons ever! Not only did he make the wakeboarding great fun but we all felt like we had really improved with his advice and tips.
We were out on the water for a couple of hours on the first booking and enjoyed it so much that we booked a second session. This time we booked 5 hours and he took us on a fabulous tour of the area including bird island and long Island (Jumby Bay). Wakeboarding, snorkelling, swimming, including picnic chicken roti and homemade rum punch (Brett didn’t have any – true professional!). We then stopped off for late lunch at The Hut – fabulous!. Altogether, this was undoubtably the best day of our holiday. I really can’t recommend Brett and One Love Academy highly enough! We hope to be back and again soon and will definitely be calling Brett again, thank you!!

I thoroughly enjoyed our island experience with Brett. We were searching for a wakeboarding service and One Love Academy came highly recommended by our hotel. Brett promptly responded to my online enquiry, and we booked two wakeboarding sessions. Brett arranged for a friendly taxi driver named Omar to collect us from the hotel and drive us to the port where we met Brett.
As a family of enthusiastic wakeboarders, we have never encountered such an excellent coach and experienced boat driver. Under Brett's guidance and encouragement, I achieved my best performance to date. We decided to extend our session and Brett took us to a picturesque island, where we were treated to rum punch, roti, and cinnamon cake before enjoying some snorkelling. Following that, we wakeboarded until pleasantly exhausted, before Brett took us to the town's finest restaurant, The Hut, where I savoured an outstanding lobster dish and a well-deserved glass of wine.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!!

Brett was very friendly and he made our wakeboarding experience so much fun. He made us feel very comfortable and confident with it. It was such a lovely experience and it was so great to be able to try and learn some new skills. Even after one session I felt that my ability had improved. Brett’s way of teaching and helping us was very effective. Overall we had such an amazing time!

Brett was fabulous and we really enjoyed the time we spent on the water with him. He is a great instructor but also very chilled. We had a lovely day including snorkelling , swimming and wakeboarding - awesome fun, Yeah mon!
